just started using chrome - way faster than IE however, it's warning me about using the GRM site because of some other site called motorbase.com. Should I worry?

I just got the same notice in Chrome, but only for one thread so far. I'll wait on that one until I get the OK from the IT geeks here.
I get the warning sometimes in threads where people hotlink pics from sites that supposedly host malware. I'm not man enough to press continue so I will just ignore that thread/page. The last of my needs is a infected computer. Chrome has been a excellent browser and my computer has been virus free so I'll trust it's judgement.
