Always thought this was a cool look.  Fu Manchu albums are generally muscle cars or vans so they are all pretty cool.

There is an artist who has collected over 800 used copies of the Beatles self-titled White Album and displays the unique and idiosyncratic ways that they have been personalized, worn, damaged, etc.

Sort of a meditation on how people have made each copy *theirs*.

Coolest thing about the Division Bell cover is that it's a photograph.

Somebody is selling tabletop recreations of the Division Bell heads.

MOAR!

This one looks a little on the cheesy side, but it reminds me of being a kid in the 80's and playing Pole Position in the arcade, and for that reason, I love it.

The incomparable Paul's Boutique. This one folds out into an entire city scene. And they recently renamed the area depicted on this album cover Beastie Boys Square!

Back before the interwebs and listening to whatever music you can imagine, a cool album cover would lure people in to buy a record. That's what happened here: I saw this in a local shop and said, "Yup, that's coming home with me" Band is Dommengang, and they play jammy Blues Rock. I was not disappointed.

All of the early Death albums have really cool album covers. This one is a favorite.

Dio generally had great covers, and they started off on the right foot with Holy Diver.

The Stones had a lot of gimmicky covers (like Led Zeppelin) and this is one of them. A lot like Physical Graffiti, the insert can be flipped around for fun!

Yes, Paul’s Boutique. (And they’re in Brooklyn, even though that was shot in Manhattan.)

If you’re truly a punk, then you likely have/know this shirt.

I have a hard time separating my love for the album from the appreciation of the cover art. There are some covers that I adore but probably aren't great artistically but I know what they represent to my ears

However this one holds up on all accounts

This one freaked me out a bit when I was younger when I learned that everyone that had flames over their heads died in the crash (not entirely true but)...

My favorite back cover. Not because it's the best or anything. Just because three gangly white dudes, dressed up like space wizards, looking totally serious is just Peak Prog.

Currently reading Geddy’s book, and he talks about their, um, fashion sense. (I guess it took many years until they were confident to just wear their normal clothes on stage.)

I was shuffling CDs and my daughter picked that and the next out of the pile and read it out loud to which my wife said "Chandler!" Haha, "Take Off your pants and jacket"

Fun!  My son saw Geddy last month up in DC on his book tour and he brought a copy back.  I leafed through it, and it looks interesting enough to read.  It's next on my list.
