Good luck
Is this a reasonable spot for the transition?
Starting with "Go get 'em! Good luck!"
and following with
"How'd it go!? Dozens of jealous GRMers are on the edges of their seats..."
And we are!

Is it bad that even has a huge Ferrari fan, the first one I could think of is the 695 Tributo?!?
Well I turned the charm and chit chat up to 11! He said he thinks I am best qualified for the spot. He says he has one more interview to conduct on Monday, but would definitely let me know by Wednesday what their ultimate decision is. He said the pay rate I had requested was "right on par with what they are looking to pay their candidate." He showed me the warehouse and shop, it is AWESOME! Have 4 or 5 308 GTBs, a 512 BBi, and a 308 GT4 in the back, oh and a Testarossa that is split in half.
Summary, I think it went real well and am eagerly looking forward to Wednesday to hear from the Manager, Fingers crossed!
Gonna be a looooong few days, ain't it!
Fingers still crossed. Sure sounds good, though. How do you say "remember to breathe" in Italian?
Yeah I never understood it but they usually don't check references until after they have selected you. Very good sign.
They like you and want to make sure others do to.
What is the yearly salary of a high-end parts counter worker?

You must not have asked for enough money!!
I'm fortunate in that I have a good, secure job and make a good living. But man, sometimes it's boring as hell (although Hell probably isn't boring!) If I didn't have a family, there have been times where I think I would have made a big change to do something I'm more passionate about, even if I didn't make the same money. It sounds like this job will definitely be interesting for you, and because of that I'm jealous!
