Got the return email and they apologized and offered to repair it if I dropped it off on Monday and could pick it back up on Friday and they would supply a loaner car. Good stuff

Perfect, that means they looked at the cameras and saw it happen. Be glad they have a good system :)

My thoughts exactly. Have to do the 3 hour round trips again but at least it will get fixed
Which dealer was it? We don't hear much about the stand-up ones so it might be good to know for anyone in your area

That's funny, I've seen their system. Every part of the lot is covered and crystal clear, they can zoom and read the numbers on your tag stickers if they wanted to. Someone got bitch slapped over it :)
