I just wanted to let people know what first-rate service they have. My KLZE is on a stand, I had purchased a set of Interprep springs through a third party, and discovered it was short six springs. I called Interprep, spoke to Alistair himself, who was really helpful and shipped me the six springs that I needed. I was fully prepared to shell out for an entire set - but he broke a set to help me out. Kudos, and thanks!
