Best parts fetcher I ever saw was a 4WD 1960 IH Travelall ambulance. Go anywhere and carry/tow anything back.
Maybe it's just me, but suicide doors on a hearse/ambulance just seems oh so wrong.......
Hope it finds a good home because it has and can haul something interesting "stuff".

It's what they used to call a sideloader; you could insert stretchers (or caskets) both from the side and from the rear of the vehicle.
It seems like the "suicide" door would be a plus for loading and unloading...pretty much anything.
Having said that, I'm not a fan of Buicks, especially pontoon fendered sedans.

hahahahahhahahaha thats sick but sure is funny in a twisted way
at first glance i didn't notice how far rearward the rear axle is located. those tires are probably 225/70-15 and they're absolutely dwarfed by the giganticism of the body.
A guy I autocross with has a '68 Caddy hearse sitting in his driveway. The body style is the same as the pic below but the paint is patina like the Buick. He wants to turn it into a El-Cadmino for parts hauling. I'm trying to convince him to get some headers and glasspacks first and scare the normals with it. First year of the 472 FTW!

Wouldn't it be easier to start with a flower car? Or are those harder to find?
