I'd be interested in trying it out of a can then. This is undrinkable out of bottles at the moment. I'm not going to be happy if the whole sampler pack is messed up.

If one is, I'm better the rest are. However, the Ranger is probably the most fouled up because it's the hoppiest. Beer gets skunked from UV interacting with hop oils.
I tried Fat Tire from a can a few weeks ago and was actually rather pleased with it. It wasn't nearly as awesome as the fancy, expensive Belgian stuff I was drinking, but it was a very good 6-pack beer on par with a Sam Adams Lager or Sierra Nevada Pale.
In reply to 92CelicaHalfTrac:
Take it back or call the distributor in the area.
Better yet, call the 800 line to Fat Tire and let them know you got an entire case of skunked product. I guaran-santa-tee that they want to know if people are mistreating their product.

^ This. Be sure you let them know where you got the pack from. They should be able to figure out who the distributor is.
SWEET FRUITCAKE REGIFTING!
I just realized that now is the time of year when Duck Rabbit has their Baltic Porter out.
Duck Rabbit's Baltic Porter is super good.

Hrm good idea thanks! !'ll give them a call tomorrow!
My local spot got me some Ten Fidy. Still amazing but not as good as the draught. The aftertaste is a little wet-dog-ish.
I really need to get my hands on some Samichlaus. You know, since it's the season, and all.
I give two thumbs up to Founders Brewing Breakfast Stout. I don't like many dark beers, but this one is very palatable.
Yesterday i bought a 12 pack of Corona light. (ew. For her dad tomorrow)
And a 6 pack of Sierra Nevada Kellerweis.
Excited about the Sierra Nevada!

That is some good stuff!
Give somebody who thinks beer is Coors a Samichlaus and watch them stare in confusion.
The Costco down the street from me had a pallet of Chimay Grand Reserve.
I picked up a bottle, I'll let everyone know how it is on Monday, since I'm on call for work until then.
Well, the 1554 Enlightened Black Ale by New Belguim Brewing is really quite good. I think it is a perfect counterpart to assembling a girl's first bicycle. Unlike a litlre of the Chimay, I don't think one bottle of beer will affect me if somebody decides to page me on Christmas.
Verdict: Good roast and sweet malt flavor with chocolate. Not very hoppy at all, just a bit of bitter on the back of the tongue.
Merry Christmas, everyone.
Tripel Karmeliet. Yes.
Very happily discovered a local spot that has this in 4-packs.
If I had to choose one beer to drink for the rest of my life, this would probably be it. Golden, rich, smooth, spicy, complex, and yet quite drinkable.

+1

Hold it. There's a breakfast stout? And here I've been using regular lunch / dinner stout for my AM drinking needs.
Clearly I've been doing it wrong.
I'm off to find some!

Your neighborhood must smell fantastic. I love it at work When the wind is blowing from one of the breweries.
