GRM GIF Contest

So we have a lot of people here who do awesome things. Some of them are captured on video, and the world just needs to enjoy them.

So here's what I want to do: GIF contest! Make a GIF and post it here (or share your video here if you don't know how to make a GIF). If it gets chosen, we'll post it on our Facebook page, which has 130,000 followers. We might add text. Might not.

How do we make it interesting? How about the owner of the GIF with the best response gets a T-shirt and a trackside companion. Maybe get one of JG's birds to sign it?

Rules: It should be at least relatively tied to motorsports or shop work or the like. (we all enjoy cat videos, but it's not what we post on our Facebook page.) And it has to be video owned by you. Also, we have to reserve the right to pick and choose what GIFs get posted.

Spoolpigeon led it off and let us use his GIF, add a little text, and post it on Facebook. It got 13,800 impressions, 1,500 post clicks and 483 reactions, comments and shares:

Maybe my GoPro falling off at a rallycross and getting run over 6 times before I show up and wave at it before I shut it off.  Got a good Gif-convertor handy?

EZGIF.com seems to work pretty well

The GoPro crash was too large without editing, decided to try this one.  Someone behind me at Fiats on the Dragon shared my first time 3-wheeling around a switchback at the Devil's Triangle.

This is awesome. I have a few more good clips I need to make into GIFs.

Since this has turned into an oversteer festival, here's some completely gratuitous sideways action. My excuse at the time was that I was trying to warm up the rear tires.

Ok, so it felt a lot more sideways than it looks.
