Yeah, I have a "spec MKIII" supra too.. there's all kinds of aero available for it, and it's really outrageous looking done up!
I think I'm going to run it as my GT, still waiting on an RS4 to show for my saloon.

But yes, it DOES look incredible. I LOVE it. I want one just like it in real life.
I think I am going to stick with the RX8 for GT. It's putting out over 450 now (broken in) so that will be fine. It's also a bit of a tribute car for me since a friend of mine has one. So I will be running a rather normal looking white RX8 so it looks as much like his as possible (he doesn't have the outrageous wing of course).
I will keep the Saloon secret for now. I might change depending on how much testing I want to do, but I have a good fallback.

You can get more power out of that thing... Mine is over 560hp now.
Or do i need to re-read the rules?
Ops, sorry, that should be over 550hp.
I like the RX-8 as well. It reminds me a lot of the DC5, just RWD since the powerband is way up high in the rev range. I still wish it sounded more like the Speedsource RX-8's though. Those things really wail.
It sounds pretty good in the tunnels of SS7, but it's much too subdued for a 550hp rotary.
Is it time we ask for this thread to be stickied and Sereies 3 to be un-stickied?

I just tested out the lotus carlton... safe to say that is a SERIOUS contender... that thing flat out HANDLES! (and makes weight and plenty of power to boot!)

I'm going to get another couple solid days of grinding in beforehand, though. It's gotta show up SOMETIME on my quest for 20 million dollars.
I wanted to get this off of my mind so I did a series of tests to determine what I'm going to run in Series 4 and the result is BMWs in both races. They're white on white now and I'll leave them that way unless someone else has claimed it. Grizz, I know you said you might run a white XKR, I think it was, and if that's so I'll paint the M3. No big deal @ all. The XKR looked great in white.
I just hope I don't regret choosing the M5. That thing will go into power on oversteer in a heartbeat even in the higher gears like coming out of the last L turn @ HSR. If I can learn to drive it now I'll be OK.
