Packing up today to ship tomorrow. Gonna be real odd if I identified this year's recipient incorrectly.
After being away for nearly 2 weeks and unable to pack up my box to ship out I finally got it done this morning, so my recipient should get it late next week. I feel a bit bad that I didn't research who mine was going to this year to try and customize it and that I didn't have as many meaningful things to put in it since I did very little car work last year, but I think I was still able to put together some good stuff (even if a lot was passed on from past exchanges).
Hopefully the box coming to me will show up after Monday since The Dancer and I are out at our cabin until Tuesday morning.

Correct- I didn't know there were two yellow cars competing. Now I see the mirrors are different.
I am packing a box with as many shenanigans as it will hold, and fixing to send it cross-country. Somebody is gonna have some fun...

It is sitting in the kitchen waiting for me to get miy box in the mail today or tomorrow.
Got my box today all the way from Michigan.
bubble wrap is a good sign. But wait a minute, this is the kind that doesn't pop.
A big heavy wheel! Cleanup wipes, a math circle, what appear to be drum brake springs, and a fairly universal oil filter, sweet.
Oooh fancy clamp. Floor mat holders, that will provably find their way into the civic soon. A silicone feeling "scraper" and a plastic opener with a very old very cool looking magazine.
I couldn't get a good shot of the container, my lighting sucks, but it's probably the star of the box to me. It's a big, lightweight, 3d printed jar, with a screw on cap. But more than that, it had a second cap that's open so it could be a holder too. And it's emblazoned with the GRM logo. Awesome, seriously awesome. It made noise, so I dumped it out to find sockets. Now those of you that zoom in or Photoshop out the glare will notice this metric set goes from 9-11 mm. The 10 is already missing so I don't have to lose it!
So at first I thought it was just a broken belt, but belt SIZER, that's a useful tool to have. Customary stickers, a flasher relay, a mouse, the coolest little level ever, and some hot wheels.
At the end of the box, we find a motorcycle charger that looks like it never came out of the box, and a KYB bumpstop boot that was full of a great helping of hardware and small clamps. Score.
Thanks Gearheadotaku for the awesome box this year, and thanks Hungary Bill for keeping this tradition going another year.
sincere apologies to my person, but mine is going out tomorrow! Sorry, been quite the holiday week kerrfuffle.

I designed that level! It's for conduit bending but has machined surfaces so it can be used for checking plumb and level. Also made that GRM 3d printed "jar" it's a coozie, fits a 12oz can perfectly. Looks like that made some rounds last year.
A box has arrived all the way from sunny Florida!
Look at all the goodies!
Love the license plate, currently going on the garage beer fridge.
Digging down further, car show stuff with some exhibition ribbons. Seems my gifter is also in the insurance business.
Everyone loves stickers!
MAF from something, some Honda bump stops, used gas cap and the mandatory Hot Wheels
Here are the rest of the goodies laid out!
Lots of cool stuff, some my wife rolled her eyes at when I spread them out on the counter. Lol. Thanks Ron "Glueguy"!!
Mine is en route! I tried to err on the side of "things that might actually be useful", so hopefully my recipient enjoys it!
Heading to the post office tomorrow... hopefully US customs lets it go to it's destination in Michigan.

Glad you liked it, and yes, my wife is in the insurance business. Let's see what was there -
BMW Z3 – big chunk of metal that was part of the glove box door. A good way to stop the drooping door is to remove that hunk. Also the MAF – it’s bad. Sometimes you chase a problem only to find out that the first part that every internet hack replaces really is the bad part. The bumpstops were also part of a project to modify struts on a lowered car. This set didn’t get used so they go on to find a home somewhere.
GMT-900 Escalade – chased a fuel evap error code. The new electrical connector was part of the replaced purge valve where I used the existing wire. The gas cap was a late change to see if it was the culprit. It’s still likely a good sealing cap.
The LED lights are the regift from last year. Maybe you’ll be more creative than I was.
Oil filter is Boxster
License plate mount is 944
Tow hook and 12v port were from a random Altima at the LKQ
The breaker is probably good. The one next to it in the box was bad and they both got replaced.
The Skar Audio decals were replacement speakers for the Jag XK8 that went from PimpM3 to jwagner through me
The lug nuts are from my 99 GMC Sierra. Assuming they are the original ones, they survived 291,000 miles before I changed them out. The metal and plastic pieces were part of the dash from the same truck that got hacked out to get to the AC evaporator core.
The “noise makers” are a bunch of ¼-20 nuts and bolts from my Dad’s old 1970’s metal, bolt together shelves. The shop I grew up in and learned to wrench.
Got my package today! Thanks Daylan!
BMW speaker grilles, RAM grill, flashlight, stickers, antiseptic wipe, padlock, a Timex watch, painter's tape, a motorcycle wheel catalog, a caluclator and a sharpie.
More stickers, a temperature gauge, some model car wheels, two handles, a gear shift knob, usb charger, fuel filter, plastic seat from a toy vehicle, air tool fittings, battery clamp, and a starter solenoid that probably fits the starter I sent someone else!
A Skoal Bandit/Gridlife cap, a floral shirt, some more nuts, bolts & screws
Can't forget the Mardi Gras beads!
And the regift sign. Thanks Daylan!

It's just full of dog hair that I combed out of my couch, so you're not missing anything. There might be a dead weasel. I forget if I put that ziplock in or not.
Ok... Ive done thing amusing this year so I'm going to do an GRM unboxing video poll. please upvote the corresponding reply if you want to see me unbox my NYG box...
