So I always subscribed to GRM/CM + JNC + Nissan Sport. Since I recently bought a Honda; I thought I would kick in a basic 1 year subscription to a magazine that rhymes with "Wanda Pruning".

Those guys jammed me as I believe I might have checked the wrong box and immediately got shot up to a 3 year subscription. I am positive I checked the right box so, okay, it's not the end of the world.

However, try getting ahold of these guys to make the change? Ha ha ha ha ha - never going to happen as they are a mystery and hiding.

I have seen all the GRM/CM team here on the forum and everyone is more than eager to help. Kudos to Tim, Marjorie, and their entire team of dedicated professionals. You put out a great product that is customer friendly. I just hope my 3 years of "Wanda Pruning" makes it to the end.......

The GRM team must be good. I've never had a reason to call them.

Anytime there is a thread giving kudo's to the GRM staff I will chime in.
I haven't needed to deal with them much but when I have, it's been great. No wonder GRM is growing while most other print media is having a hard time.
Tim et. all, please don't ever sell out for the big bucks, we like and need you folks just the way you are.

They answer the phones. They answer emails. They do both of these things promptly and courteously. That's more than I can say for every company I've done business with in the last couple months. Kudos!

That's overkill. Not that there's anything wrong with that. It's just a lot of Wanda and a lot of pruner.

I have had opportunity to deal with the GRM staff about subscription issues, and they have been wonderful. Iit was easy to get ahold of them and they took the time to figure out why I had missed issues. In all cases, the problem was because NASA screwed up my info in their database. Within a week or two, I had all the missed issues personally shipped to me.

I am currently in a PayPal dispute with the previously mentioned JNC.

I ordered a back issue from their website and promptly paid for it. It has been a month with no response to the 7 e-mails I have sent to the magazine. I don't want my money back, just the magazine that I ordered.

GRM is WAY better.
