Looking for an app that allows us to both leave notes about whatever, allows us to search them, and maybe alerts when the other inputs something.
Basically indexable and searchable texting without having to remember exact search terms.
Trello might work for you. It's not a notes application but it's pretty versital and works on multiple platforms.
Nextcloud? Also has self-hosting options. I have a phone anti-theft system that runs on it.
Is Evernote still around? If not Google docs would work great and could be accessed via computer as well as phone. Also free.
