Hagerstown is like 30min from Chambersburg pa. Might be worth crossing a border for rent. My parents are out there, it's not bad.
When I rented a place in Chambersburg it was through Antietam Realty. They were just a service for the actual owner of the home for the place I rented, but I think they may own some properties as well. Service was OK, it filled the role for what I wanted at the time.
A co-worked and friend lived at Collegiate Acres which might be more their style if it fits the budget and has availability. Located north west of Hagerstown and a super short commute to Wessel.
