No E36 M3. I have been trying to get out of my E36 M3ty job for months with no luck. I am geographically limited though, which doesn't help.

I went ahead and accepted the job offer with North Coast. Apparently I now need to officially apply (only half joking, I still need to fill out an application so the guy who offered me the job can appease HR).

The starting salary is below what I'd like but got an e-mail from the guy saying: "The more you learn, the more valuable you become, the more pay you earn. The starting pay I quote here is just a start, with your background, education and enthusiasm you can go far here."

North Coast is my favorite brewery. It's also my fiance's favorite brewery. PranQster is my favorite beer. They know their stuff. I'm starting out with grunt work, but the guy has told me the plan is to groom me and a couple other people to be supervisors for all of production except bottling as the brewery expands. In the mean time I'll be making enough to live on and probably even do some racing in the region I already know.

At that point, you do whatever is necessary to get it, including accepting a job offer (ALWAYS ACCEPT) and then leaving even if you've started working for said company. You are in this for you. The company being successful is secondary until such a time that that becomes important to you. There should never be hard feelings in business about seeking better opportunities. That is life.
