One of the days I wish I was still in New Orleans...
My wife and I spent last week in New Orleans. It was my first time visiting the city. We stayed in an upscale hotel near Canal and Bourbon Streets.
Within the first 30 minutes of arriving (mid-day) I saw a man openly crapping on the sidewalk and pedestrains just walking around him, and I saw another sitting in a park smoking meth from a broken lightbulb.
Police everywhere. They were not doing anything about anything.
Y'all can have that place until they figure out how to fix the problems and make it safer.
