Happy New Years from Florida! ;-)

I just got done grilling pineapples, tangerines and star fruit (from my yard, dad's yard, and a coworker's yard, respectively) using the recipe I posted earlier, and it was AMAZING!!!

My neighbor has a tree full, and it usually falls down and rots....I don't think they know how expensive those things are in the stores!!!

I occasionally beg for some, but don't like groveling. Luckily, one of my coworkers has a tree, and is more than happy to share. She just gave me a bag full, and I need to find stuff to do with it. I'm thinking that next I may do a chicken, onion and starfruit stir fry with coconut milk and curry in the sauce. I haven't made that in a while....
