Unfortunately for me, it is likely to only go downhill from here. We passed the 12:00 hour making beignets, I don't think it gets much better than frying dough with your best friend. 
 

I welcomed in the New Year with COVID.  Beignets are better!

2021 was not a stellar year for me.

I went into it in a lot of pain, broke my arm, totaled my car, had to stay home from my new job due possible Covid, then returned only to be laid off due to an outbreak and plant shutdown. At least I'm not in a lot of pain anymore. And still alive, all things considered.

Let's hope for a better 2022

Hilariously people usually assume I'm lying/my id is fake because of my birthday lol
