Wow, that is pretty darn cool!
It's a way for non-certified folk to scuba dive sites in Bali. That's great! It also looks like a lot of fun.
Instead of just trolling it as fat folk of Walmart, a little research reveals it to actually be very nifty, useful, and it should be of fascination to gear heads as one could set up underwater autocrossing and such with it.

SCUBA diving isn't swimming. It's literally the easiest thing ever and feels essentially like flying underwater.

Wow. It reminds me of the "Solo Sub" in that ride at EPCOT Center with sci-fi future predictions. That water looks shallow enough to snorkel to the bottom in; I wonder how deep it can go.

My first thought.^^
My second thought.vv
I have actually used one when I was in Hawaii for a family vacation ~16 years ago. They were a lot of fun for extended underwater exploring without having any scuba experience
Wife and I did one of these in Nassau a few years back. I can't swim, but I wanted to dive and see the coral and shipwrecks/stuff. THis allowed me.
I have actually kind of wondered in the past why personal size racing subs arent a thing. Probably because clear enough water to see where you are going is rare.
Imagine racing in a 3-d environment with subs (like air racing, but slower and probably safer)
