Just in case you're having a bad day, week or life, here is a stress management technique recommended in all the latest psychological journals. It really works!
-
Picture yourself lying on your tummy on a warm rock that hangs out over a crystal clear stream.
-
Picture yourself with both hands dangling in the cool running water.
-
Birds are sweetly singing in the cool mountain air.
-
No one knows your secret place.
-
You are in total seclusion from that hectic place called the world.
-
The soothing sound of a gentle water fall fills the air with a cascade of serenity....
-
The water is so crystal clear that you can easily make out the face of the person you are holding underwater.
There! It works, you're smiling already....
i kept thinking of running my hands through axle grease...

I've had that one hanging on the wall above my desk for about ten years now. Today was one of those days where I had to stop what I was doing, take a deep breath and read it again.
I like your Pontiac anyway.
Drew Peterson lives/lived one town away from me. I imagine he knows about this.
