I guess as comfortable as anyone who looks like they are sitting inches from a bear trap. Why does it lokk like every bike he builds has some part that will cause serious harm if you stop short
Mayor Bloomberg said:
"As I know you've all heard me say a million times before, There's nothing like strapping on your brain bucket, kickstarting your chopper, gripping your ape hangers and riding high and tight with your bros. Back in 1969, when Easy Rider came out, there wasn't a guy my age who didn't consider chasing freedom on the open road! Still today, all kidding aside, the bike remains a symbol of the freedom we cherish as Americans and nobody makes bikes like the American Chopper family."
Sitting on it is one thing. I want to see him ride a wheelie down Broadway.

That is the ugliest bike I have ever seen. I know it is a "memorial bike" but seriously, what the hell is going on with the tank and the exhaust.
... the American Chopper family...
I thought those guys broke up?
They did, but they both still build bikes. I have never liked any bike I've seen that either one has produced.

They did bike for Jay Leno that was themed from the Brough Superior. That was a decent bike. Not a chopper at all.
So wait, that fat berkeley Mikey finally got honest work?

Yeah, his bikes are a joke. Lots of cool fab work, but they look stupid and are not functional. Does he build bikes that people ride, or just take pictures of?

Saw that episode. Always wondered how many takes it took Junior to say "Brough Superior" with enough confidence to make it sound like he even knew what the berkeley it was.

Way to profit off a national tragedy...
I don't get choppers at all. My idea of freedom is on a bike I can actually ride. I have seen some that were attractive as something to stand near outside of a bar... but that isn't even one of those. That is an abomination. It reminds me of the harness that dude in the movie Seven made for the hooker.

Come on, that's only like their 3rd or 4th 9/11 bike....

Choppers are the masculine equivalent of 5" stiletto heeled patent leather boots. You're going through huge expense and discomfort to put fashion over performance. Give me hellafunctional any day.

I have liked some of their bikes in the past, but I think that's the ugliest one I've ever seen them do. I take it Paul Junior Designs did that one?
If someone tries to "memorialize" me with a bike like that, I will berkeleying haunt them.
I would bet 90% of the theme bikes they build don't get ridden.

I dunno about that... most things I've seen in 5" stiletto heels were pretty easy to ride.

Most of the stuff Sr does I can kinda get behind, he rides and he (mostly) builds bikes that can be ridden. Jr has always just been about the image. Overall he annoys the crap out of me whereas I could see sitting down to a cold one with Sr, he built what he has (business) from the ground up and his ungrateful kids rode that to some minor fame and now bash the man that got them there. Meh.
Mainly watched the show to pick up fab tips.. which there were tons. Much like any PowerBlock, Gearz etc. TV shows have become. Geezus, they're so far over the top anymore I ain't never gonna afford that level build.

Even the powerblock show's "budget builds" are really spendy.
Also ricoculous bike.
To me Sr has too much of an ego and that makes him a dick. He's alienated most if his family and makes no effort to resolve issues. All I can give him is he knows how to run a business.
Jr to me seems like a cool guy to me, mainly because he's a lot like my friends. He really cares about his family too. He also figured out how to run his own business which has been successful. He also is very imaginative and artistic.
