Heading to Scottsdale AZ

Next week - I will be there for 6 days. Anything Automotive that I should try to see?

I will have a rental vehicle.

Saturday night at the Pavilions (McDonalds Parking lot, 101 and Indian Bend Rd). Longest standing car show, generally a good spread of modern, old, exotic. It is past snow bird season and getting a little hot, but still usually pretty good.

Other than that, all of the exotics have dealerships and the bike shops are pretty strong as well.

Penske Racing Museum is in north Scottsdale. Its free and a great way to kill an hour or two. And its in the center of all the Penske dealers there so you can go gawk at some Bentleys and Lamborghinis afterwards.

On the other side of Phoenix there's the Arizona Open Wheel Racing Museum. That takes the better part of an afternoon to see all the stuff they have there.

Thanks for that - the Penske museum is less than 2 1/2 miles from where I am staying. Will have to check that out!
