Hello GRM!

Hey everyone!

Long time reader, first time poster. I've been reading GRM for probably 5 years now (after my dad got me into it), but I just recently decided to join the site (as I'm very bored at work).

I'm a Soldier for the time being, married, I like long walks on the beach...wait wrong forum. I normal hanging out over at Rennlist, but I wanted to see what was going on at my favorite magazine.

Sort of nice to hear about bored soldiers once in a while. The alternatives tend to be a bit scary and shooty and explodey.

Stuff slows down a bit on the weekends here, but not too much. And if you've been around for a while I don't have to explain any of the hardcores to you, which is good, because I probably wouldn't do an adequate job anyhow.

JG, yeah I used to be a 944 owner. Had to sell it before I deployed this time. Not only was it costing me a fortune to keep that POS running, I had no where to store it. I do find myself prowling autotrader a lot more than I should...

woah, youre already a step up on a lot of us...youve already owned, decided it was too expensive, and sold a porche online...

Im pretty sure the next step is owning a mazda...either a teensy little one, or the other one with the spinny wierd magic stuff inside.

After that, pretty much all thats left is restoring a old german aircooled car, and then driving something less than $2k in florida. after that youre mandated to stop using the internet by the emperor of the universe, so you may want to watch how fast you progress.

oh man, sorry, ive been working for 9 days straight, and have 4 more to go. I guess thats not much in comparison to your job, so I will be quiet now.
