TLDR version: Help me ship a box back for under $27 to the address below.
I purchased an electrical outlet cover online and when it arrived it was not the one I purchased.
Two months later the box arrived from China, the product was $19 and the shipping was $8. I had already forgotten I’d ordered it.
I contacted the company through the confirmation email and they basically told me sorry but I am sol. I kept emailing and they offered me a $4 refund. We went back and forth and all I could get was $5 back.
I remembered that when I went to pay, the website took me to paypal. So I filed a complaint through paypal. Two hours later they were contacting me outside of paypal and questioning why had I not accepted the $5. At this point I don’t care about the money, I just want to prove a point.
Anyways, they offered me $5 again through Paypal and to keep the covers. I have no use for them so I declined the offer. So now they said they will refund the $27 if I ship the product back to Singapore this time. Of course shipping to them is more expensive than that and they know they have me.
So, help me ship this back for under $27 with tracking to:
