Yup. If you're trying to get it to your phone, just email it from your computer to yourself (or someone in the organization) and they can copy and paste.
Alternatively, look into Word's mail merge feature. Not just the exclusive domain of printing envelopes, it can take a list of recipients and a word document, and merge them into an email outbox of customized messages.
