I'm an NL guy. I don't like the designated hitter, but the DH is part of the game. Sooner or later you're going to have to vote them in. Relief pitchers went through the same problem...

Kenny Lofton played until he was 40. 622 stolen bases, 2400+ hits, .299 career average, 6 time all star, 4 gold gloves. he's never eligible again because he didn't get X votes last year.
It's too bad Jack Morris got shut out again, this was his last year of eligibility.
