I really like the new (to us) wrangler we bought, but I really wish it had 4x100 wheels... Seeing as our other cars are a ford escort and two miatas.

Other than that it's fun!

My favorite look for a wrangler is Cragar soft 8s and 33s. I get the 4x100 though, 90% of my cars (the running ones at least) have been 4x100 and it's convenient to swap wheel and tire sets between cars.

I must have missed the post Joey. Tell me about your Jeep.

In reply to DrBoost: Well... It's a 1999, 4 cyl 5 speed hardtop, 85,000 miles. Has uplevel wheels swapped on, sahara seats added, the hardtop is not origional, as there are no controls for wiper and defrost, front pushbar added, soundbar, tires in good shape, added driving lights. Very little rust, some rust repair under the passenger side door, and a little on the fenders where the hood closes. That stuff should be an easy fix in the spring. The only thing that worries me a bit s there is a slight almost gargley noise from the rear at steady speed or acceleration above about 25. It goes away on decell or when you push in the clutch. Any idea?
Also, I would like to find some tires in the stock 205 75 size, a little narrower should help in the snow and a little on mileage.

Noise could be the dif. Inspection is just a seal and fluid change if I'm wrong.

Good find. Parts and aftermarket support are plentiful.

Have fun
