Right up your alley.
And priced right a just under a million.
Pocket change.
Wonder if there's enough room to put in a road course?
we're all invited to come visit right? I won't be ready to ready to retire for .......
uhmmm......
well with this economy about 5 years after I die in about 50 years
Note that the current owners are selling it to retire - looks like a good place for retirement to me!

'Hair scramble' is a butchered misspelling of 'hare scramble'. A hare scramble is like a long motocross through the woods. The course is generally between 5 and 10 miles long, in most cases you do the most laps possible in a given time. Generally it's two hours for the novice/amateur classes and three hours for the pros. The amateur classes are generally run in the morning, there's a break of about an hour, then the pros run. There's a National level circuit called GNCC or Grand National Cross Country.
"Hair scramble" is what I get when I drive to work in the morning with wet hair and my top down.
I figured something like that, but had a really ugly mental image of ... nevermind.
ohh..
I thought Hair scramble was what you get when you order eggs at the Waffle House.. rimshot

From your avatar pic, you may not have to worry about that much longer. ![](/media/img/icons/smilies/crazy-18.png)
Nah, my hair's fine. I just have an oversized forehead for cooling my enormous brain. It's really more of a fivehead. :D
Hmm, cheaper than a lot of 4-bedroom houses down here!
