I swear that I'm going to slow down and stop buying watches. This one came in today. I forgot what I was looking for when this style dial caught my eye. Seems they didn't sell it in the US but after looking over 5 or 6 of them on eBay I choose this one. Little scratch on the crystal. I've been wanting a daily automatic so this will fit the bill.

That's a beauty. Any details on what it's called or how I can find a copy?

The way I weeded it down was using 7s26-3040 for a search term on eBay. Not all of them had this dial but some do. Some 7s26-0480 also have this dial but more likely to have the glass case back which I avoided because I wanted it thinner. While searching for the earlier version I found a 7s26-6000 with a similar dial also. Change 7s26 for 7009 and you find an earlier version without silver around the day/date. There's also a white version of all of those and I found a few with black dial but white day/date. Not sure those are factory or someone changed out the movement with the white version. While digging my deep rabbit hole I found that I liked the solid case back, the silver around the day/date, was 50/50 on the white day/date, but I really liked the textured dial that some seem to not be as textured. All that took me about 4 days of searching and learning and waiting for the right one.

Acutron is a lost cause to far gone to repair. Will have to get a better one and swap to the customized case. Boo.

I've been looking for the right space view for a few years now.

They're definitely tracking me as this was my first result for 7s26-3040

That's the low end of the price range I saw them in. I got this one for $9 more. I was going to get one at $145 but I offered $130 and someone hit the BIN button before the seller could respond. I forgot to mention that I noticed 3 or 4 that were the same watch but different sellers had it up. I called them the red watch because there was a red reflection on the bottom left corner of the watch case in the main picture it also had a sticker on the case back. Those sellers had that one watch anywhere from $112 to $180. I passed on that one just because it seemed weird so many sellers were using the same pictures.
