The best one in the world has moved onto another life. Gonna miss you Tetley, and will never forget you. Over sixteen and a half years you taught me the meaning of what it was to be a best friend, to nurture and care for something. You inspired me and gave me a reason to wake up on the darkest and most difficult of days. And you were a hell of a copilot, who didn't just enjoy car rides, but would lean into turns. There will never be another on like you.
i'm so sorry for your loss Capt

Spread a few kibbles out for Tetley. My condolences, Cap.
The furry ones wiggle their way into your soul and they leave a crater behind. My condolences.
You don't get over the loss, but fortunately you do get used to it. It will be easier with time.
Please accept my sympathy for your loss.
I’m so sorry captain. Extra pets given to our pup.
Sorry for your loss. Rest easy pup.
Always try to be the person your dog thinks you are.
Good dog Tetley...
112 human years.
We should all be so lucky to be loved for so long.
Dogs are the best. Sorry for your loss, Cap.

Very sorry. Feel your pain.
Dogs are the best friends the world has ever created.
I'm so sorry. It's so hard losing pets, no matter how full their lives.
Sucks dude. sorry for your loss. dogs are amazing, but that makes it that much worse when they leave
The Power of the Dog. Rudyard Kipling
THERE is sorrow enough in the natural way
From men and women to fill our day;
And when we are certain of sorrow in store,
Why do we always arrange for more?
Brothers and sisters, I bid you beware
Of giving your heart to a dog to tear.
Buy a pup and your money will buy
Love unflinching that cannot lie
Perfect passion and worship fed
By a kick in the ribs or a pat on the head.
Nevertheless it is hardly fair
To risk your heart for a dog to tear.
When the fourteen years which Nature permits
Are closing in asthma, or tumour, or fits,
And the vet's unspoken prescription runs
To lethal chambers or loaded guns,
Then you will find - it's your own affair, -
But ... you've given your heart to a dog to tear.
When the body that lived at your single will,
With its whimper of welcome, is stilled (how still!),
When the spirit that answered your every mood
Is gone - wherever it goes - for good,
You will discover how much you care,
And will give your heart to a dog to tear!
We've sorrow enough in the natural way,
When it comes to burying Christian clay.
Our loves are not given, but only lent,
At compound interest of cent per cent,
Though it is not always the case, I believe,
That the longer we've kept 'em, the more do we grieve;
For, when debts are payable, right or wrong,
A short-time loan is as bad as a long -
So why in - Heaven (before we are there)
Should we give our hearts to a dog to tear?
Sorry to hear this Captain---- I lost my buddy Rufus a couple of months ago. He had a good run of 13 years. I completely know what you are going through, and it sucks. It's worth it......but it sucks.
