I have a Herman Miller Mirra chair at work. If you look around, you can get a pretty decent price.
I have a very nice Ikea chair (bear with me). It doesn't have all the adjustments of the other mentioned but I easily put in 7 hours a day and has dramatically improved my back since getting it. Best part... $200. Ikea Markus

I like the tall back, if the arm rests are the right height & padded enough that could be a contender...I have no idea where any IKEAs are though, I'll have to look into that.

I have had really good luck at used office furniture stores. We have a place called Goldstein's and over the years I have picked up like new used very high end office chairs for pennies on the dollar. The great thing is you can go in and test drive them before you by.
