Russian Dash Cam carnage
Its like driving in India with less congestion
This is the only thing I'd feel safe in driving in Russia.
Insurance gotta be cheap there since some of these drivers has to be repeat offenders.
Can you get car insurance in Russia? Wait, is there drivers ed. in Russia?
What is it about the Russians? Is it that they video everything? Or are they just that bad. I don't think my 16 year old DE students do things that stupidly.
