I have a orang peel stuccoed block building that was painted about 7 years ago. Its on a main road and has grime on it that gets carried by the wind. I'm looking for a good soap/detergent mix I can spray on with a garden sprayer. I have a monster pressure washer that is capable of taking all the paint off(4000psi/4 gal.min). I'm hoping to break the bond the grime has and rinse with the pressure washer with a wide fan pattern.

Anybody have a name or home brew recipe that won't kill my hibiscus and traveler palms? I don't want to spend $100 on 4 or 5 different products only to find I can mix up something up myself for $8.

I've had good luck with Wet and Forget. Sprayed it on some lichen on my roof and it just rinsed off.
