No discipline is a serious issue on many fronts. We now have parents who feel like schools should instill proper values into their kids...uh, wrong. We as parents are supposed to do that job. It's real easy at my house, if one of the kids "pulls a card" for misbehavior, then they have a little chat with me when I get home. Any real offenses are met with loss of privileges (daughter- play dates, son- video games). So far, it's been a real effective strategy but I think I'm blessed with good kids- at least so far. Some kids are just trouble no matter how you slice it.
