I have a neat article about a BMW e28 with a homebrew turbo set up, but it is in a PDF file. Is there some way to publish that to the web so I can share it with you all?

Scribd might work. Never used it myself and it is blocked at work.

Convert it to a .jpg with your favorite image editor (photoshop, gimp, etc...) then host it on a photobucket account.

That's how I do it, at least.

Get some free hosting that allows hotlinking, I use Google Pages/sites/whatever but I don't know if they're accepting signups anymore.

According to Adobe commercials you wrap it up in a box and hand it to me personally. But, we all know commercials are sometimes false.

yousendit.com; google docs; load dyndns.org and host from home....
