How do I tell a realtor to go pound sand?

Well I called realtor 1 a couple times with no response. I just moved on and found another one which has been great so far. The original house had potential, but the sellers wanted to wait out for a better offer. I don't have that kind of time so I'll probably end up renting. I'm going to look at 1 more house tonight with realtor 2 and that'll probably be my last look before committing to renting. The good part is this place has a 3 car garage :). Bad part is it has no kitchen or air conditioning. It's all about priorities!

A house in FL with no AC?

Well it HAD AC, just the previous owner took it with him.

For about $600, you can have AC in the bedroom, kitchen, and living/family room.

We checked out the place last night and it's actually much better than expected. We're gonna make an offer, hopefully we walk away with some keys!
