Pretty much any way is fine but lately sunny side up has been the go to for sandwiches or breakfast. Covered to cook the whites are done and the yolks can be made to order.
I just remembered that I've been wanting to try omurice. (If anyone knows a good place to get it in Central Florida, let me know.)
No idea if I'd actually like it, but I enjoy watching it prepared and served.

This thread is 5-2 using yolk correctly so far, with one person using both.
But what does a group of anonymous jewelry enthusiasts have to do with eggs?
Deviled, scrambled, omelet, in that order. Or plastic and filled with candy.
Breakfast...variation is key. My teenager is "bulking" so I make eggs pretty much every morning. Usually fried over medium. Sometimes scrambled, and occasionally via omelet w/cheddar. The key to scrambled is to NOT overcook them.
Deviled eggs....if they're on the menu I'm 100% ordering them if I'm on business travel. If I'm paying...I'll usually order them.
Eggs are pretty much the perfect food and such a good source of protein. I can eat them cooked pretty much any way you could think of, and I really like deviled eggs, but not a huge fan of egg salad. Won't eat them raw.
An easy prep method is to use a silicone muffin tray, and bake the eggs. Super easy to cook a bunch for later, and they are good for muffin/biscuit sandwiches.

Yes! Any muffin tin will work--add in a little cream, butter and a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese, bake at 350 for 12 minutes while you hop in the shower. It's my usual breakfast.
Scrambled is my least favorite way to eat eggs but I'll still have some if they're offered. We've been eating mostly soft boiled or what we call "eggsadillas." Essentially you scramble an egg in a lil' bowl, pour it in a hot pan, and then slap a soft taco size flour tortilla down on top. I like to press it a bit with my hand to ensure the eggs covers the whole bottom. Give that a few seconds for the egg to cook, flip it over, fill it with whatever your heart desires, fold it in half, then cook both sides until crispy. Corn tortillas won't work, much to my chagrin.

That video was the first thing I thought of when I saw the thread title, haha.
I eat egg whites about every day. I love egg yolks, runny AF, but gotta watch the cholesterol.
hardboiled eggs in the instant pot, cooked quick to perfection so the yolk is still damp. If your hardboiled eggs have green on the yolks they are WAY overcooked and you are yucky poopoo.

Looked it up, this sounds delicious!
I prefer them over easy, but most any way is good. I just ate a boiled egg 20 minutes ago.
Odd fact: about 30 years ago I had a work assignment in Taiwan, and for some reason restaurants there would often use a fried egg as a garnish. Order a steak, it comes with a fried egg on top. Get a pizza, it comes with a fried egg on top. I never figured it out.
Fresh from the coop that morning.
Over hard for breakfast. Poached if it's eggs Benny. Fried but runny if it's on a burger.
Lots of good stuff here. Omlets, fried, scrambled. Eggs Benedict. Anything cooked. Dredge for fried fish or chicken.
Always like egg salad or deviled eggs, if done right ( finely chopped onion, sweet relish, quality mayo and quality mustard, Spike for seasoning).
I do the tortilla and scrambled eggs thing, great way to eat leftovers. Don't forget fried rice. Toast up some homemade croutons, then scramble eggs in the pan.
Try this. One egg, whipped up in a small bowl with a tsp of milk, cream, or even water. Microwave on 60% for about two minutes while prepping your bread for a sandwich. Makes a wonderful fluffy scrambled egg sandwich. I add minced garlic and dried minced onion to the egg before cooking.
Julia Roberts' character in "Runaway Bride" decides that her favourite eggs are "scrambled, with a little dill."
I tried it; now I use dill all the time unless there's other stuff in the eggs, like bits of ham, that dill might be weird with.
FWIW, Nero Wolfe, in Rex Stout's The Mother Hunt, states that the only way to get perfect scrambled eggs takes forty minutes. (He also acknowledges that most people don't have the time for that.)

I never knew there was a name for them. We would have that for breakfast at a friend's house when I was a kid and it was really good.
Normally I get my eggs scrambled, with salt, pepper, and ketchup on a roll.
Real answer
Fried egg, runny yolk on sandwiches, waffles, hangover mornings, bowls of rice, burgers
Scrambled for a quick bite, although mostly this is some sort of omelette with leftover meat from dinner and some cheese and hot sauce. Hard/dry scrambled or "wet" scrambled (as a big egg patty or the Gordon Ramsay/hotel breakfast bar style, I'm not picky)
Hard boiled WHITES, hard boiled yolk is disgusting, unless thin sliced on a salad.
Deviled eggs/egg salads are gross. I've had tons of different people make them and they've all been gross. I just can't find the appeal.
I'll never turn down a good frittata.
I don't think I've ever had a poached egg. I know I've never made them, and while I've ordered Benedict at restaurants, they seem to come out fried.
My favorite way to eat them is as a baked meringue in coconut macaroons though.
I still want to try soft boiled like a proper Scotch egg or toast and eggs, but I haven't been able to pull it off. Following all kinds of Internet timing I wind up with hard boiled or totally under cooked.
Honestly, I will pretty much crush any egg put in front of me.
They are a staple in my diet.
My farts stink.
I've got a pretty good Pickled Egg recipe, the beets make the whites turn purple. Not bitter and vinegary like the dead soldiers you see on the back of the bar.
I got a burger with a fried egg on it in for dinner last night to give it a try. 10/10 recomend egg on your next burger.

SWMBO makes great deviled eggs. She bought a container for safely storing and transporting deviled eggs. I did not object.
