For the first time in years I was left speechless. My sister used to take care of the boys when she was in school. How do you "Forget" a 6'4" man in a minivan?

Autistic Man Left Behind, Dies In 130-Degree Van 20-Year-Old From Long Island Was On Trip To Sesame Place In Bucks County, Pa., But Was Forgotten By Counselors Reporting John Slattery OCEANSIDE, N.Y. (CBS) ―
A 20-year-old autistic man from Long Island is dead after police said he was left to bake in a hot van following a trip to Sesame Place.
The victim's aunt said the young man's parents were too shaken to speak of the tragedy.
"I don't know what's in a person's head. Leave him in a car, helpless?" Jeanne Greco said.
Dead is 20-year-old Brian Nevins, who was severely autistic and lived at Woods Services, in Middletown, Pa., a residential facility for people with exceptional needs.
On Saturday, Nevins and three other clients were taken by van, along with two counselors to Sesame Place theme park. They returned to the group home around 12:30 p.m.
"The driver dropped off one of the counselors, who took his clients to the room," said Jeffrey Stroehnle of the Middletown Township Police Department.
But for some reason, Nevins was overlooked, and left alone in the van and not discovered for five hours.
The Bucks County coroner believes the young man died within an hour of being left in the vehicle, where temperatures could have reached 125 to 130 degrees.
"How this could have happened, how do you leave ... How do you forget someone like that? I don't understand it. I don't understand it," Greco said.
Brian was one of triplets. His brother, who also lived at the group facility, has now been brought back to the family home, according to their sister, Kelly, one of the triplets.
"Like a child, a sweet child," Greco said of the victim.
At this point, no criminal charges have been filed, but a spokeswoman for Woods Services said one staff person has been suspended.
The Bucks County coroner determined that Nevins died of hyperthermia -- a heat related illness. He will be buried Wednesday. He and his brother had lived at the group home for six years.
