I prefer not to have my food pre-chewed. I just eat the food that would go into a smoothie.
Variety is the spice of life.
Now I want a smoothie. My wife makes them, so I don't know the recipes. She uses lots of greens and citrus in hers, which I and the kids enjoy.

I don't begrudge anybody smoothie love, but It's not for me.
First, I prefer to chew food.
Second, blending/processing foods like that has an effect on the glycemic index and insulin release, so if I want to enjoy small portions some foods like bananas or apples, it's best if I don't puree them. Living with a metabolic disorder is a bitch.
Third, I've also found that I'll consume fewer calories if I slowly eat things by themselves, and take my time chewing them.
I will admit to eating my meals in a specific order (veggies-> meat-> carbohydrates last). I've always done that, but I've changed the order. It used to be carbs first, veggies last.

If the question is about the problem connected to the recipe, it is necessary to mention the fact about writing itself.
Interesting. It usually takes a couple months for canoes to show up in my threads.
I've been doing smoothies for breakfast for a couple years now. It's so routine at this point, I don't even really think about a "real" breakfast. I have two go-tos, really. One juice based and one protein based.
Juice based:
Kale, frozen blueberries or strawberries (or fresh if they're in season), banana, apple juice, apple cider vinegar. Sometimes an orange.
Protein based:
Kale, banana, peanut butter or almond butter, almond milk, a vegan protein powder (I like PlantFusion or VegaOne)
I've tried spinach and broccoli but kale tastes better to me in that it's less noticeable. YMMV. I also ponied up and bought a Vitamix. They're not cheap, but if you're regularly doing smoothies it makes the process much faster, more precise, and cleanup is easier.

I just finished second breakfast. Often it seems like the smoothy just wakes my stomach up.
This is the foundation of mine, then fruit.
