The good ole' US of A, the supposed land of the free, has the highest incarceration rate of any country in the world. I thought that was mostly because of our misguided 'war on drugs', but maybe it's because we don't use enough prisoners for target practice.

As someone who worked keeping those berkeleyers inside the fences/walls.......you can believe me that some of them deserve nothing less.
