Our contractor friend stopped in to see how the wife was doing and how she likes the new concrete front walk he put in while she was in the hospital. She mentioned the toilet and he agreed te flange should be anchored better and the floor is still solid. He offered to have a guy do it next week for a price that’s far less than I expected so I’m letting someone who knows what they’re doing fix this one.
