Yeah pretty much. The Google complex is within walking distance of this neighborhood as well, and so is the EPA test facility.
But honestly, most of southeast Michigan has had a tremendous recovery in the housing market. When we put ours on the market we had 4 offers over ask within 3 days, and I didn't think we were in a particularly "hot" area. We bought 6 years ago and nearly doubled the value in that time.
