the newest is 17 years old, has 170,000 miles on it, and gets 14 mpg.. the oldest is 30 years old, has 70,000 miles on it, and gets 0 mpg because the transmission is junk and it won't move anywhere no matter how long you let it run.. the other 2 are 19 years old with 170,000 miles and will have it's fuel consumption measured in gph since it's gonna (hopefully) be a race car and the other is 28 years old with Dog knows how many miles on it and gets 15mpg..
how old/worn out/inefficient is the junk in your garage and/or driveway?
I own five vehicles.
Newest is four years old, has 33,000 miles on it, and gets 42 mpg. The oldest is 65 years old, has ~60,000? miles on it, and gets ~45 mpg. The other three are all essentially the same thing - GM S-trucks, in various states. One is daily driver, 14yo, 151,000 miles, 14 mpg. One is 24yo, 214,000 miles, unknown mpg, as it is undergoing restification*. The third is 26yo, and is nothing more than a gutted sorry pile of junk, for interior parts.
*Retoration + modification = restification
4 trailers, 2 trucks, 2 volvos, Studebaker coupe, Merc sedan, and 2.5 Harleys all run (except 1 volvo, the Stude, and 1.5 Harleys)
20 yrs old, 70k miles, 25mpg Miata
16 yrs old, 150k miles, 31mpg Saturn
12 yrs old, 160k miles, 44mpg Prius
2 and 3 are daily driven. 1 is on jackstands what I decide whether I want to keep or sell it.
I have 24, ranging from 74 years old with unknown miles or mileage to 6 months old with 15k miles and getting @48mpg. I honestly can't even guess how many trailers I have at this point.
1 year old = 40-55mpg
2 year old = 30-40mpg depending on if me or swmbo is driving.
I am failing at being a gearhead

4 at my house
1 is 1 week old, 600 mi…gets 35 - 40+ mpg
2 is 1 1/2 yrs old, 4500 mi… gets 28 - 35 … depending if Mom's driving it or if I am
3 23 yrs old, 130,000… gets 15 on track and ~ 35 on the highway
4 is 17 yrs old, 120,000 … gets between 11 and 16 mpg .. depending on whether it's winter, and whether I'm towing or not
just sold the 18 yr old all wheel drive that got 22 (250,000), and sold the 14 yr old (93,000) that got mid 30's
A whopping three. 1999 tow pig Suburban 225,000 miles 15ish mpg, 1997 Answer with 114,000 miles but only gets 20 mpg cause I drive it a bit hard, and 2007 Passat that just turned 100,000 and gets 25 mpg. I apparently need more cars.....
Lol I have 4 and they are all broken.
Newest is 24 odo is stuck on 109k and if the transmission worked properly it'd probably get 12 mpg average
Next is 25 has 215k (guesstimate) and it'd also get 12 avg if the engine didn't sound like something was trying to escape from it.
Next one is 25 over 200k and will hopefully get 20 mpg but it is an unfinished project
Next one is 25 around 200 (total guess) probably got 25 when it last ran and is barely more than a shell now. Because racecar.
EDIT: guess I could put the wife's car in there.
16 years old 190k gets 26mpg hwy but the city mpg is way less.

Sitting in my driveway/ garage
20 year old Ford F150 (for sale), 208K miles, 12ish MPG
22 year old Honda Civic EX, 185k miles, 30ish MPG (although any more probably a lot less since it basicall just autocrosses)

Including SWMBO's,

31 years old, 60K miles, '83 DMC-12, ~20MPG combined highway/city
35 years old, unknown miles, '79 El Camino challenge car, unknown since it isn't drivable yet but will likely be the worst by far with a souped-up 350 and non-OD transmission
And for the sake of completeness, my primary mode of transportation these days:
~27 years old, late-80's Fuji Del Rey road racing bike, ∞ MPG
