Every time I work on an older 3-door Accent, I want to trim the wheelwells about a foot higher and swap in an AWD Talon drivetrain.

GIS for "Accent WRC" got a parade of Wookiee LARPers as one of the hits. I will not ask why.

But those were the best days of WRC in my opinion. The cars bore much more than a passing resemblance to the street vehicles, and you could see Ford and Citroen. And Peugeot. And Mitsubishi. And Subaru. And Skoda (with the Octavia, not the Felicia!). And, yes, Hyundai...
