This may be old news but Cody's Lab.
Just a regular guy doing mostly science stuff. He goes in to bee keeping, gardening, space, mining, refining, and a dozen other things.
Watch one or two of his newer videos, and if it trips your trigger, go back and watch every thing from the beginning.

Vintage Underground is a very cool local shop who always has jaw-dropping projects done to an impeccable standard. The shop tour videos feature a mix of drool-worthy exclusive cars plus some drool-worthy unexpected cars being rebuilt to the highest standard, but with a very simple and unassuming presentation.
Wow man! Thank you. That is really great to hear.
If you are ever near Eugene hit me up for the grand tour of our facilities. I try to stay hidden in the videos but I am the shop foreman.
I watched the shop tours today. I really want to watch the XJ coupe build but man I'm afraid that'll take me down the road to the dark side. Please tell me I saw a non English engine through that grill.

I am a regular watcher of Retropower because they are what I am pushing Vintage Underground to be
Wesley Treat has a great sense of style in his design work
Pat Finnerty takes the piss with "What makes this song stink" series. A comical breakdown of why certain songs suck so much
Throttle stop garage is there to remind me that always following "best practices" can lead to project stall and that I want nothing to do with composites. Love the dude and his project though.
CaLem to show how much can be done with few resources
VinyB is just awesome
Jay Foreman specifically the "Map Men" series of videos
VinyB is incredibly funny and motivating too!
I know it's old news, but Project Binky on the Bad Obsession Motorsport channel was an immediate watch with each episode! If you haven't seen an of the 70 plus episodes, go check it out. They fit 10 lbs of S#!? in a 5 lb car, in the most impressive way possible!!!
Current immediate watch channels have been mentioned
This old Tony
Superfast Matt

Always enjoy Throttle Stop Garage. Canuck is building / rebuilding a Volvo 122 to make it better than it was before. Better...stronger...faster

An American V8 swap wouldn't be "on brand" for us.
It has a 6.0 Jag V12 that made about 400hp on the Dyno. We are shooting for a bit more after some supporting mods.
We are in the middle of wedging an AMG E55 supercharged V8 into a 230sl though.

Wow, that's a generous offer. One of my longtime best car buds lives quite close to your shop in Eugene, which gives me double the reasons to head south. I'll be in touch, thanks!
