So- how'd you spend your Monday? I got to evacuate 2 cats, a wife and a kid from a third floor apt because the dopes on first floor decided to set their microwave on fire. We were only out of the building for like an hour, so that was good. The extremely large orange tabby that calls me his human however, voiced his displeasure by voiding his bladder upon my person in a most egregious fashion. I got quite the workout, though I do not recommend this as an exercise program.
You had a much worse day than I did and I had to shell out $2900 for a work van repair.
I entered $26,000/profit worth of industrial orders today - 12 hour day but it was magic to figure my commissions on all of this.

I will not see 26k in income this year, period, safe to say I'm jealous.
Reviewed 20% of of the proposals for a project with a crappy sinus headache & 4 hours sleep. On the plus side, I did not have to listen to a fire alarm or get peed on. I think your day was worse than mine. Glad to hear it was only an hour...

Mine's not over yet, still chugging along with the occasional GRM distraction.
Look at the money you saved! If you went to Vegas they would easily charged you $500 to have a cat pee on you!
I spent a couple of hours preparing a comprehensive heating system proposal for a church. I won't get the bid because somebody with a less comprehensive bid will have a lower price figure will get it. Then in the end the church will pay more when they realize things like you can't put in a gas boiler without a licensed electrician to do the wiring, old oil tanks need to be removed, chimney needs to be relined, etc. New I was screwed as soon as I saw the other 2 bids were only one page. But at least I didn't get peed on.
I quit my job. Or gave 2 weeks notice anyway. New one starts in 2 weeks.
My Monday was spent driving back from Mardi Gras.
You got a CAT to pee directly on you? Like... he did it on purpose? Talent!
I coughed up some blood flecked goo and shivered off a few pounds. berkeleying microbes got me... countermeasures are slow in working.
Still... no such thing as a day off when you work from home! Yay.

I really need to follow your lead.
Some places you have to pay good money for that.
