Okay so it's just a 26 acre hobby farm but it's still a farm.
We've been looking for almost a year. This one just went on the market a couple of days ago and they had 4 offers. I guess we made the best offer.
It has a double car attached garage and a really nice 20x60 detached steel workshop with a seperate 200a service.
You need a perimeter track, for patrolling your border at high speed.
Sweet. Real life Farmville.
Have fun with it. I cant stay off my friends 250 acre plot. You can do almost anything with nobody bothering you.

Man, I'm envious! Use it in good heath.
Congrads. That sounds like a sweet set up. Which breed of horses are you guys going to raise?

That's great! Where are you, still in the Durham area?
I guess this means your daughter stayed serious about her riding, congratulations!
I moved my horse to a place on Lakeridge Rd, been there a year. Lovely people, no BS, indoor ring and several hundred acres of hacking. It's wonderful.
In reply to JoeyM:
We've got two young Thoroughbreds that were rescued from the race track. My Daughters are showing them in Hunter right now. We also have a lame but very happy Paint who was my youngest Daughters' first horse. He's a member of the family now so we couldn't let him go to auction. We have a few friends that are looking for a nice place to retire their horses so I guess we'll fill that roll

Yup both of them are totally wrapped up in the horse thing.
The barn has 2 stalls and room for 4 more along with a hay loft. There's 14 acres of hay, two large well fenced paddocks and an outdoor riding ring. We're moving just over the border into Port Hope Township.
