Yep. I had to write a paper for my WR121 class, it had to be on someone or some article that influenced me. So I picked a couple of old Geek at Large articles. We'll see how she likes it lol!

I'd like to think I'm carrying on his legacy. I'm so good at explaining car stuff in layman's terms that my wife thinks I should start a video blog. She calls it "Cars in girl-speak."
In reply to Teqnyck:
Dude, be careful. When she says you should start a video blog that very well may be girl speak for "tell someone who cares and leave me alone."
Of course I usually am not so good at interpreting the hidden meanings that seem crystal clear to my wife when she says similar stuff to me.
In English 101 we had to do a compare and contrast article. If I remember correctly, I compared a normal GT Mustang to a Shelby GT350. I got an A and she said it was the most original paper she got that semester. Of course I was the only guy in the class, so she was probably sick of reading about the contrasting shades of pink!
I had to write a "process essay" in my freshman English class. I did mine on butchering a cow. I walked into class late one day as the professor was reading it out loud to the rest of the students. When he finished, he made all of them write another one.
Anyway we can read it?
Medulla-Bad-Idea was the finest piece of automotive journalism I've yet to read.

We want to hear the grade regardless. It'd be great for the teacher to start getting hate mail from all the GRM'ers rooting for you who read your paper.
Medulla-Bad-Idea was a great article, but I think his more recent titles are getting more hilarious. especially "Project Miatabusa Part 4.3 - How to Almost Make an Intake Manifold Using Nothing But Sufboard Technology, a Rubber Mask Kit, Some Home Insulation, a Condom, a Chunk of IKEA Furniture and the Sidewalk in Front of My House." It's a very creative article also.
and +1 on the grade. anything less than a B+ and you should post the grader's email
You'll need to log in to post.
