I already went back to school and did a career change. It's a business degree w/ HR, it's not like it's useless. I just fell into this odd niche, and the work is good for the most part. The problem is it's drying up as an industry, and I just don't see it making it.
So you now want to use the hr degree now. I'd still look at the tech firms- they are always churning talent.
