Thinking Ramsey is a jerk based on how he acts on reality television is like thinking Josh Brolin wants to destroy 50% of life in the universe because he played Thanos.
And yes, his appearances on Hot Ones were hilarious.

More like, the show he's known for is unwatchable because of his persona of being a jerk for the sole purpose of garnering viewership. If I want to watch someone being abusive, I can stop by the local county jail and watch the PD drop off criminals. But I don't because I don't find it enjoyable.
It ranks right up there with OCC and American Hotrod's BS shows. They aren't something I'm going to subject myself to for any amount of time.
I honestly don't know anything about him and after a few minutes of listening to him shout at people on TV, I don't really want to. I guess you could say, I still think Gordon Ramsey is a jerk. You know what they say about first impressions.
I like food though, maybe a home-cooked meal would make me change my mind. Shoot me an email, Gordon.
