Fun times in Jax.

Yup, Angelo Moore (aka Dr. Madd Vibe) of Fishbone.

And some of his music, too.

Cool! Yet another thing that we have in common, an appreciation for visual arts.

My dad supported the family as an artist, my parents met in school at Art Institute of Chicago.

Cool and, yeah, it was a fun experience all around. Been a long time since I have gone to one of those.

Interesting

Not really a fishbone fan, but if I had this opportunity near by I would probably check it out, looks neat

Fishbone played at my school, and I didn't get a ticket because I had to study for a big exam. Dumb. It was an outdoor show, and I remember pausing as I walked past. Finally got to see them a few years back.

Angelo was very cordial and, yeah, creative.

Very cool. Been a punk since the early '80s. Never got to see Fishbone (heh...that I remember anyways), but I did go to many shows.

Very nice!  I've long been a member of VMFA, and while I don't know Fishbone, I do enjoy attending the various traveling exhibits that come through, including most recently, the photographs of Man Ray.  Good on you for soaking up some culture.

I am hoping to get to the Jean-Michael Basquiat exhibit in Orlando.
